Edgar Degas art works were most recognized by the subject of dance. However, the first Degas piece introduced to me was actually a painting, titled "woman combing her hair". The painting was illustrating a nude woman combing her hair from a back angle. The light and color contrast gave me a goose bumps. I was so eager to present the beauty of figure, the idea of this piece started.

The front fabric contains an impressionist concept, and the back I used see through material  to create a silhouette effect!

It was an improvised garment to start with, but I finished as a true Degas fan!
